I really liked staying at the hotel. Check in was easy and they allowed me to check in early. Staff was accommodating and helped print some documents since the business center printer was out of ink. They were also very helpful in locating a lost item I had left in my room. The lounge cocktails were great. My only complaint was the little market could include more items especially since the nearest store was over half a mile away.

Cool atmosphere- backs up to a park that is great for walking or running and you feel like you’re in the outdoors. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I liked the location of the room. Although it was small, it was adequate for us. Although I had to pay to park, once I parked, I did not have to drive to find food or entertainment for my children.

Located right by Cascade Park and short walk to downtown. Rooms are clean and comfy and great coffee shops as well as restaurants within walking distance. Also beautiful park to get some exercise.

I did love the location and I loved that the hotel had a bar in it. I loved that restaurants were in walking distance. It was a nice and clean hotel. My sister always complimented the smell every time we walked through the lobby.

I liked that the room I purchased was spacious and it came with a couch. I also liked that the room had complementary water. I liked the shower as well. I liked that I could also see Cascades park from my window. The staff was very nice as well and allowed my needs that were asked was handled very professionally as well. I liked the TV settings as well. I liked the fridge that was in the room. Had a lot of charging ports to charge my electronics as well. I also liked that they had espresso in the morning with vanilla wafers and complementary lavender to help guest relax for better sleep.

As much as it cost to stay at this hotel, parking should be free, breakfast should be free and those two things made me realize that I will not be back at this hotel.
